Conduit builds a 3D model of the home from iPad Pro LiDAR in about 10 minutes, by its own description, with 2D floor plans and AR equipment placement.
Room-by-room Manual J, ACCA-listed
Conduit runs room-by-room Manual J load calculations on site and appears in the Manual J section of ACCA's approved software page.
Equipment guidance
Its site describes equipment selection guidance from the calculated loads, and its App Store notes describe Manual S sizing targets and capacity-matched equipment from your pricebook.
ServiceTitan fit
Conduit connects with ServiceTitan, and ServiceTitan announced an agreement to acquire Conduit Tech in September 2025.

Who should look at Tradewright
- You want the scan, the load, the equipment match and the signed proposal in one tool and one visit.
- Your salespeople carry iPhones, or you work from plans as often as scans.
- You sell into boiler and radiator homes and need to show heat pump, boiler, furnace and dual-fuel side by side on 15-year cost.
- You use Housecall Pro, Jobber or FieldEdge, or no CRM.
Questions
What is the best Conduit alternative?
If you want in-home scanning and Manual J plus the proposal, signature and payment in the same tool, Tradewright is built for that. If you only need a browser-based Manual J, Cool Calc is another option. Tradewright is our product.
Is Conduit ACCA-approved?
Conduit Tech appears in the Manual J section of ACCA's approved software page, checked October 16, 2026.
Is Tradewright ACCA-approved?
Not yet. Tradewright is not on ACCA's list of approved Manual J software. Our load calculations follow the ACCA Manual J (8th edition) and Manual S methods, every input is visible, and reports show the assumptions behind each number. We plan to apply for ACCA approval in 2028 and will update this answer when that status changes.
How much does Conduit cost?
Conduit's pricing is not publicly listed. Its pricing page offers custom pricing through a demo, as of October 16, 2026. Tradewright Starter is $199 per seat per month.
Does Tradewright work with ServiceTitan?
Yes. Tradewright works with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber and FieldEdge, or with no CRM.
Does Tradewright run on iPhone?
Yes. Tradewright runs on iPhone and iPad, using LiDAR on models that have it, plus any browser for the office.
